How a white-label mobile platform took Nxgen from 1 enterprise client to 7
Nxgen is a Swiss tech company that built NXG GENESIS — a platform that integrates security, video alarm management, fire prevention, IoT and AI into a single unified interface. They serve diverse industries including energy, automotive, logistics and retail across Western Europe, DACH and Southern Europe.
Their CEO Yves Neuhaus describes the platform as allowing customers to "start working without investing large capital into infrastructure — being a cloud platform, you can work from scratch, a tablet being already enough for most tasks, users can work from anywhere, even mobile, and they pay as they go."
The mobile piece was the gap. They had a powerful cloud platform — but no mobile app their enterprise clients could actually put in the hands of field operators and security teams. And more importantly, no white-label solution their clients could brand as their own.

The Problem
Enterprise security clients — monitoring stations, logistics companies, energy sector operators — don't want to hand their staff a third-party branded app. They want their own product, their own brand, their own experience. Nxgen needed a multi-tenant mobile platform where each client got a fully white-labelled version of the app, connected to their own NXG GENESIS instance.
This is technically harder than building a single app. Every client gets their own branding, their own configuration, their own data — but the underlying platform is shared. Building this wrong means either a maintenance nightmare or a security risk. Building it right means one codebase scales to any number of clients.
What I did
A white-label multi-tenant mobile platform for the NXG GENESIS ecosystem — built in React Native for cross-platform deployment on iOS and Android. The architecture was designed from the start to support multiple enterprise clients on a single codebase, with per-client branding, configuration, and data isolation.
The platform gave field operators and security teams real-time access to the full NXG GENESIS feature set on mobile — live CCTV monitoring, alarm event management, AI-based alerts — all under their employer's brand.
Result
Nxgen went from 1 enterprise client to 7. The mobile platform removed the last barrier for enterprise clients who needed a branded, field-ready mobile experience before they could commit to the NXG GENESIS ecosystem.
A Swiss enterprise security company, with real partnerships with Hanwha Techwin, Securiton and Securitas, now had a mobile platform that could scale across their entire growing client base.
